The Next Step After Your Trial Session

You’ve tried a class, and have a taste of how we practice.

The next step is to go deeper. Your first month of membership is an Initiation Month — a time to find your rhythm, understand the structure of the practice, and start laying the foundation for long-term growth with personal guidance and feedback.

Your Initiation Month is $180, and after that, your membership continues automatically at the standard monthly rate of $230. (You can pause or cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice.)

What To Expect?

In your Initiation Month, you’ll receive individualized feedback, learn movement concepts that apply across disciplines and beyond class, and start seeing real physical progress.

What this includes:

  • Full access to all classes — 2–6 per week, depending on your schedule.

  • Tailored progressions to meet you at your level.

  • Projects that evolve with you — start with fundamentals and grow into advanced material.

  • Visible change — expect measurable gains in strength, mobility, and movement vocabulary, within your first month.

  • Community and accountability from training within a supportive group.

The Commitment / Who It’s For

There are no prerequisites, no background required — just show up with a willingness to challenge yourself, patience with the process, and consistency.

Classes run 90–120 minutes. To see benefits, we recommend at least twice per week. The results will speak for themselves.

If you just want a quick workout, there are plenty of options out there. This is different.

What We’re Going After

We’re after nothing less than the full scope of movement: we want to be able to thrive in any physical situation.

This transforms your relationship to your body, brings health and vitality, and opens a path of lifelong learning and development.

Most students begin with a monthly membership, which provides the structure for long-term growth.

If you need a lighter start, we also offer a 10-class pack — but the real transformations come from consistent training.


Commitment & Billing

  • Your membership begins on your first check-in, not the day you register.

  • Memberships renew automatically so your practice continues without interruption.

  • Pauses are available (for travel, illness, etc.) for 1–4 weeks, once per month, with 7 days’ notice.

  • Cancellations are simple - just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date.

  • 10-class packs don’t auto-renew, can’t be paused, and expire 3 months after purchase

If life throws something unexpected your way, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
