What Comes After Your Trial Session?

You’ve had a taste of how we practice. The next step is to commit to a month.

The first month is about orientation. You will learn the basics of our ongoing projects, find your rhythm, and receive personal guidance and feedback. We use this time to establish…

  • Consistency - the only path to results.

  • Clarity - understanding the structure and terminology of the practice.

  • Confidence - knowing you can keep up and grow in a group setting.

  • Community - practicing alongside others on the same path.

What To Expect?

  • Full access to all classes — 2–6 per week, depending on your schedule.

  • Individualized feedback — progressions tailored to you.

  • Projects that evolve with you — start with fundamentals and grow into advanced material.

  • Movement concepts — Understand both the why and the how of practice, so what you learn transfers beyond class.

  • Visible progress — expect measurable gains in strength, mobility, and movement vocabulary, within your first month.

The Commitment / Who It’s For

There are no prerequisites, no background required.

All we ask is that you come with…

  • a willingness to challenge yourself,

  • patience with the process, and

  • consistency in showing up.

Classes run 90–120 minutes. To see benefits, we recommend at least twice per week. The results will speak for themselves.

If you just want a quick workout, there are plenty of options out there. This is different.

What We’re Going After

We’re after nothing less than the full scope of movement: we want to be able to thrive in any physical situation. This transforms your relationship to your body, brings health and vitality, and creates so many avenues to explore, offering a path of never-ending learning, growth, and development.

Most students begin with membership, which gives continuity and structure for results.

If you need a lighter start, we also offer a 10-class pack — but the real transformations come from consistent training.
