Movement Is A Given.

Moving Well Is Not.

A class for all levels, dedicated to exploring physical potential - right here in Wynwood, Miami. It draws from many fields and disciplines —not to combine them, but to cultivate a single, evolving movement practice that builds strength, coordination, adaptability, and playfulness.

Not for everyone, but for those who value learning and embrace challenge.

What To Expect

A Body Built Through Movement

Strength & mobility: Combine them so you don’t become rigid or flimsy.

Guided Progressions: Every session scales to your level with feedback that moves you forward.

Movement Intelligence & Coordination

Problem-Solving: Develop your ability to work with new and changing scenarios.

Adaptability: Improve how your body organizes itself to respond to movement challenges.

Movement quality: Work on HOW you move and improve efficiency.

Skills Development: Enrich your movement vocabulary with technical work.

Long-Term Growth & Discovery

Generalist Approach: Stay well-rounded through broad development across all domains—not one narrow specialty.

Know Your Body: Study anatomy and mechanics while learning how your body moves and reacts.

Self-awareness: Movement becomes a ground for developing the whole: physical, emotional, and intellectual.

Most people never learn how to move well.

Routines get repeated, ideas get pulled from scattered sources — but the result rarely translates to actual movement capability.

Not for lack of effort, but for lack of guidance, feedback, and structure.

We’ve been there. Without a teacher, the results never looked like what we envisioned. Whatever progress we made never blossomed into real transformation.

That changed when we met our teacher, Ido Portal. After more than a decade of study, we now guide students through a clear, evolving practice—developing strong, adaptable bodies that thrive in any movement scenario, while deepening their relationship to physicality itself.

What Makes Movement Practice Different?

Most training falls to one extreme or the other: specialize so narrowly you miss the bigger picture, or scatter your efforts so nothing develops.

Our approach is different. Every choice we make is aimed at your broad movement development.

The Movement Perspective

Work on your weaknesses. Most training doubles down on your strengths. We deliberately seek out the weak spots—because that’s where growth happens.

The container serves you — not the other way around.  A kick, a handstand, a crawl—the drill is never the goal. Each is just a tool for deeper movement attributes, such as balance, coordination, adaptability.

The Craftsman Mindset. Cultivate the quality of your effort. It’s not about success for its own sake—goals point the way, but growth is the purpose.

How We Work

Projects that evolve with you. We stay with projects long enough for meaningful development—then move on before you stagnate.

Training is tailored to you. No cookie-cutter programming—every challenge is scaled to your level.

A community that grows together. Support each other, partner on tasks, and celebrate breakthroughs as they happen.

Guided by devoted practitioner-teachers. Over a decade of study under Ido Portal—we’re here to observe, adapt, and challenge you in ways you can’t do alone.

“Humanity has never come so close to losing itself - the juggernaut of progress is moving so fast, leaving us choking on the dust of a modern existential crisis. Who are we, who do we want to be?
